The Best Tacos



These beauties are the best I've ever made…

Made a pork shoulder a la BBQ pulled pork with a Chinese flare
corn tortias
pickled red onions
fried sweet potato crisps
arugula
aioli (apple, coriander, hot sauce, yogurt, s&p)
optional more hot sauce - Used Blair's Death Sauce

Simply delicious...
