Fish Tacos

This is quickly becoming a favourite at our table... I have been really trying to simplify my flavours in an effort to create distinct yet identifiable dishes. On this plate I made an avocado puree, tomato and cucumber salsa, seasoned cod and fried sweet potato. Everything could be tasted without too much confusion.
