The Best Ever Queso!


This was a great recipe…

Velveta is needed to get that smooth consistency.

I also used Monterrey Jack and a strong cheddar.

 I added hot sausage, garlic, onions, hot sauce and a tad of corn starch. 

Ate it with chips, made a scallop potato dish, and a great breakfast poutine with it as well.
