Most Saturdays I head over to Cafe Rouge with T… This time around we tried out the Meat Lovers Breakfast Poutine. Outstanding!

Home fries, sausage, bacon, ham, curd cheese, holland sauce and two fried eggs… I'll be back for sure - we loved it!

Breakfast at Cafe Orange

Went to this breakfast spot last weekend after a pretty crazy Saturday Night out... Needed to refresh the mind and cleanse the soul. We had never been to this eatery in NDG, but we were pleasantly surprised with the spin that was put on the classics.

Oxford Breakfast since 1944

Great Montreal establishment in the NDG area, serving breakfast all day. 

But there is only one breakfast afterall... 

Eggs benny served with a slightly spiced hollandaise and a top notch morning potato with a hint of dill Bam! and then another Bam!

I have read many bad reviews about the joint so this is only a recommendation for the eggs benny... Never eat the rest, no reason to!

Breakfast at Tiffany's

Very classic looking restaurant in decor, but the breakfast was standard fare - lack lustre home fries. Too bad some morning chefs still don't get that the "patate" are key to any successful breakfast plate; 

if the potatoes suck it's tough to enjoy the rest.
