Braised Beef w/Frites [2012]


T-Bone Steak which I braised for a few hours at 225 degrees with a wonderful marinade of hot mustard, paprika paste, EVO, white vinegar, S/P


What's a steak without frites from a cast iron pan??? 
Nothing! 
Optimum heat 350, for soft insides, crispy outside...
