Enchilada fait Maison

Created the best enchiladas ever! Red beans and rice for filler, stewed chicken that melts in your mouth, feta cheese for salt, avocado cream for smooth, cilantro for fresh and avocado to finish… Used lots of lime, hot sauce to eve it out!
Yum… will do this again really soon.

Awesome authentic Mexican resto for a quick guacamole and taco… All fresh and made with love; how it always should be!

Shredded Pork tacos

A spicy house made hot sauce - she winked at me when I asked if it was hot… it was all that and more.

March Jean-Talon

On a cold wet May weekend the best way to make the inner sunshine is to go to the market. S. and I went to Jean Talon Market to get inspired... We literally ran into El Ray's menu and Mexican it was!

Needed to replenish my hot sauce supply to boot!

Then out into the market to find our freshness to accompany the richness that Mexican food has to offer.

End game turned out to be a burrito stuffed with chicken, mushrooms, peppers, onions, and a wonderful salsa verde - there was so much I feed my sick families household with warmth and love; just gringo heat though - lightweight when it comes to heat.

Taco Night [2012]

Kids love tacos, especially when they can create their own flavours! This is becoming a family favourite with many many bowls of selection and an empty canvas  of a shell. No complaints, no comparing, no crying... Taco night, give it a shot, it will become routine.
