Wings Around the World - 2013
Has a family get together recently and wanted to have a wing -fest, thus I am a menu called "Wings Around The World" which add four different wings that were outstanding.
1. North American - Fried and BBQ sauce
2. South American - Oven Baked with lemon, honey and chill
3. Indian - Tandoori on BBQ
4. Thailand - Peanut Sauce on BBQ
Plus other stuff too... Lots of cold sangria, some chicken sandwiches, melon, warm potato salad, fennel salad and a simple slaw... happy Summer!

Blackstrap BBQ - Holy Smoke, That's Good!
Tried out this BBQ joint in Montreal and was pleasantly surprised with the cooking of the meats. Brisket, ribs, pulled pork and chicken all cooked to perfection in their smoker. I asked the cooked what kind of wood and she didn't know, but I think it is a hard wood smoke.
One of the top BBQ joints in Montreal in my books. Did find the sauces kinda ordinary but the smoke makes up for any lack of sauce flavour... Check them out!

The Power of Smoke - Salt Licks Part II
Second visit this year, what a meal. Don't need food for a week now - my guts are overwhelmed!
Excellent atmosphere, wonderful stage, outstanding BBQ - bring a few drinks and enjoy the place for the evening.
