EdCamp Ottawa - Food Truck - Big D's
Big D's are masters at Gourmet Hot Dogs and Poutine…. I had the Scotty Dog (cheese, bacon, beans) and I also had the Junk Yard Poutine (Smoked meat, cheese, gravy, melted cheese, fries) - For a fridged day it hit the spot!
The Ranchero - Guacamole, melted cheese, cheese curds, hot sauce, gravy - Wow!
Find them and eat whatever the slam out that magic window!
Fox Bros. BBQ Atlanta
Awesome fried pickles, both hot and sour… so delicious!
The BC plate… three kinds of smoked meats to perfection - hickory smoke.
I had chill corn bread and onion rings as sides. Good. But trips to BBQ joints isn't for the sides necessarily, the meat must take the cake; at Fox Bros' they get it right!
Pork butts cooked at 212 for 12 hours. 400 lbs a day!

The quality of the food is outstanding, the best fish and chips I have ever had. The service is very good and the ambiance very relaxed. One of the best value for your money in regards to dinning in the Eastern Townships. Great job Bistro Chez Sirano.
Excellent bistro foods in an entertaining atmosphere in the Eastern Townships. Simply the best food I have had in the town of Magog ever!

Poutinville - Poutine Reinvented!
The pursuit continues... This rest has a great gimmick in that you can create your very own Poutine with exactly what you want. Pogos, bacon, chicken, hot peppers, mushrooms and on and on... They also have a 15pound poutine for the brave - a cost of 75$ you better eat it all.
I had a bacon, mushroom, pepper sauce masterpiece.
